"I called on a Monday stating I had a previous service call by another company which replaced the thermocouple.  The failed repair pointed to a gas valve needing replacement.  By Thursday after calling each day to get a status  we had reached a point where they would order a valve and install Monday.  I called the manufacturer finding out they keep the valve in stock and  could ship overnight.  My work is too demanding to take on the responsibility to status/plan the work.  i stopped the repair and called another contractor."

"These guys are great.  We were camping at a state park and our AC wasn't working well.  I called the park office and asked if they could recommend a mobile repair company.  They recommended these guys.   <br> <br>In our first call, Carren did a preliminary evaluation over the phone to make sure they were bringing the right parts.  During that conversation, they told us our AC would still be under warranty--which was a nice surprise.  The next day, they came out to the campsite,  did a physical evaluation to confirm their theory, and replaced the unit.  It was great to also find out that they took the initiative to contact the manufacturer prior to the appointment to get a warranty authorization on the replacement parts. <br> <br>The technician(Robert) was very professional, clearly an expert in his field, and was also very responsive.  About 45 min after showing up, we have new unit paid for by the manufacturer, and my out-of-pocket was $75.  I was really surprised how well this turned out. <br> <br>While they were out there, they also worked another AC, and a neighboring campsite asked if he could look at their refrigerator. <br> <br>"
