One of the standout features of this project was the paved walkway they installed along the side of my home. This area had previously been a messy combination of dirt and gravel, making it inconvenient to move between the front yard and backyard, especially from the sliding door by our master bedroom. Brandon and Oz designed a smooth, attractive walkway that not only makes access between the two spaces seamless but also adds a polished look to the side of the house. Now, I can easily step out of the sliding door from our bedroom and have a direct, clean path to both the front and back yards. The convenience has been a game-changer, and the design perfectly integrates with the rest of the landscaping. In addition to the walkway, they did a fantastic job revamping the front yard with a variety of low-maintenance plants. Knowing the Santa Clarita climate can be dry, they helped me select drought-tolerant plants that require minimal watering and upkeep but still bring color and life to the space. "<p>These folks were very friendly and responsive right from the beginning.  I talked to Roland on the phone and agreed upon a date for an estimate.  Armando, Roland's father, came out to give the estimate.  This is a father & son run company.  We agreed upon a price and they were able to come out the following week to do the work.  Before leaving Armando let me copy the certificate of insurance for the company.  He explained that his crew was insured as was our property in the event of any damage.</p> <p>They arrived on time with the crew as well as a chipper to grind up all the branches that were cut.  One tree cutter did all the thinning so all the trees are now very uniform.  Other guys helped trim a few of the lower branches from the ground and hauled everything out to the chipper.  They finished the job in one day which is remarkable as the trees were very tall.  Either Armando or Roland, and sometimes both, were here all day to supervise the work. </p> <p>Cleanup was very good.  The pine trees in the backyard are on a hill, but hill was pretty clean when they finished.  A few branches fell into the neighbor's yard and they were sure to clean them up, too.  Everything was very neat when the job was completed.</p> <p>We are very happy with the work as the trees look beautiful and are now letting more sun through.  Also, they are no longer top heavy from new growth so less likely to be a problem in any strong winds.  </p> <p>I would highly recommend A&J Tree Service.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"I described my leaky sprinkler problem over the phone and gave them my address. The next morning I heard someone digging in my rear patio. It was Chris from Williams Landscaping. He had already fixed the problem and was testing it when I came out. I was sleeping late so I didn't hear him knocking on the door. Anyway, he knew where it was and I gave him permission to go into the back patio if I was not at home. He charged me $10 less tham the origimal estimate. Extremely fast and efficient!"
