" The Five Star Painting crew was professional and thorough. However, the quote process was not smooth. There were issues with information input for an accurate quote due to misunderstanding of terminology on the quote. It had to be changed a couple times. This brought their quote to the same price as 2 other quotes. The project had already started, or I would have gone with another quote if explained adequately. Also, after 72 hours, water got on the newly painted door which streaked slightly. I was told it wasn't covered under warranty and we should have waited a week to get anything wet. There was no statement verbal or written telling us to wait a week before getting the new paint wet. However, it rained 4 days after the house was painted but there was no concern by the contractor that the house could streak. Even if not under warranty, someone could have come by to verify instead of saying it wasn't covered. I give the company a 5 for the work and a 2 for customer relations. "

The installation team, John H. and Uriel were incredibly professional, experienced and thorough. They explained how to care for the windows and slider and were very patient with us. "All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. Her expertise and skills were obvious at every step in the design process. The two installers, Agustin Montoya and Ricardo Rodriguez, are highly seasoned professionals who bent over backwards to make a few needed adjustments in the midst of the installation. Everyone at Closet Factory was a pleasure to work with. Closet Factory also did three walk-in closets for us when we moved in last year. Again, superb design work and flawless installations. "Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."
