You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. The next time he came with a helper and they did a good job, my sprinklers are working much better. He suggested a couple of changes to the system which I agreed to. He was supposed to come do the work within the next ten days on a day of his convenience since I didn't need to be home. He never came. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message.
