"I have had work done before by this provider (built garage) and was so pleased with that project that I had no doubts about hiring Lo's for a painting job.  I actually called at the end of summer last year and Amadou quickly came over to look over the project and I received his bid within a day.   Unfortunately, the good weather season was turning quickly to a very rainy fall, so I decided to put off the project until the spring.  Since we had a very warm February, Lo's called me to schedule the cleaning and paint job.  
Everything went very well.  There was one surprise with the realization that part of the "trim" under the gutters was in fact aluminum.  This needed a different paint and paint preparation than the wood trim.  Lo's took care of this extra work professionally without question as that area was part of the bid even though it turned out to not be wood.
I am very pleased with this job.  My house hasn't looked this good in years.  One added point I'd like to mention, is that while looking at the two attic windows that were painted, I noticed a piece of flashing that was coming off my roof.   Without hesitation, the painter said if I have a couple of nails, he will fix the flashing for me.  I really appreciated that extra customer service.
