"They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

They did the work we agreed to on the days that we agreed to -- including working Saturday and Sunday to complete the job -- at the cost agreed to. The results are excellent. We are delighted by the improvement inside the garage, for the carport to the left of the garage, and behind the garage. The concrete pad in the garage now slopes nicely toward the front of the garage, and there's a neat slot for the garage door to close into. On the left side of the garage, what previously was 3 separate concrete slabs all broken up that allowed water to pool in them are now a single seamless slab that drains toward the driveway. The stairs Mike and crew installed are robust and firmly anchored. I will definitely contact them again for future services.

"The only reason I would not use this firm is that they do not carry Workers Compensation Insurance coverage. In my discussions, with Dave, he was very surprised he needed it. He uses subcontractors. However, Indiana law is such that a severely injured worker, even if he signed a waiver and filed it with the state, can file suit and the homeowner would be a target. I verified this with Nancy Ash with the Workers Compensation Board. I am sure this A rated company does great work. Dave was very professional in every way. He may have a great safety record. I just won't take on this risk in dealing with a contractor. I would consider using this company if it became fully insured, including Workers Compensation coverage."
