"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

"Everything went great from the start! Paula our salesperson was fantastic. She educated us about granite, and really worked with us to get what we wanted at the best price. She also setup a plumber to connect up the plumbing to our new sink and disposal. Pete the owner was also great to work with. He did the final measurements and helped us layout our counters on the slabs. The installation crew; Wes, Nolan & Ali were also great. They were very friendly and professional. They explained everything to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They covered the floors, were careful to ensure they didn't damage anything, and really cleaned up after they finished."

"The entire process was very well done. The sales team was informative, helpful, and quick to respond to questions and changes. The guys who installed the new cabinets were fantastic. ".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"Promptness was my major complaint. Pennington would say he would make it by the weekend, for example, to pick up the tub, and never show or call. It took many calls and reminders before connections were made. This went on multiple times throughout the course of the project. On the plus side, he had a cell, and would almost always pick up when I called, so at least I could touch base. After he took the tub, he said he should have it back in about two weeks. It was probably closer to two months. But apart from that, his price was lower than anyone else's I called. And from what I can tell, he did a good job. The tub looks good -- especially considering what he started with. He had to take off a layer of paint that someone had put on the inside of the tub, and the outer surface was unfinished and rough. Although if I had it to do over again I might ask how much extra to put enamel on the outside surface as well, instead of the dull white coating that was put on. Pennington made no complaints or extra charges for taking the tub up the steps, which was a challenge. And the capper -- once they brought the tub back, his son and helper insisted on putting on the new hardware I had to hook up to the drain for no charge. Even when I couldn't find all the pieces, they went to their truck and used their own hardware to finish the job."

"The work was performed by a recommended septic system repair company; as well, a septic pumping company. Everything was fixed and the yard looks great now.

"The job went very well. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. I was impressed and happy at the level of comittment to solving the problem they demonstrated to solving the problem. A special thanks to Chad, Travis, Jimmy, and Dave for being so trustworthy and hard working."

"It went very well. The old trim board which began rotting at both ends of the trim board was removed. The underlying structure was carefully examined for any signs of rot. Since the underlying structure was fine, the trim board which I had purchased and painted was installed. All seams were caulked and the trim board was carefully trimed so that it properly met the board supporting the gutter over the kitchen and bathroom windows. Since we needed new track hardware for the pantry bypass doors, that job could not be completed until the proper track hardware could be ordered. Once received, Mr. Cleveland willingly offered to finish that job on a Sunday morning. He did very fine work and we were extremely pleased with his work especially since many handymen highly recommended by Angie's List were not interested in such minor repair work."
