"I have a cottage with a detached garage that I use as a rental. The entire place was in serious need of an exterior paint job, so naturally I ran to the store to buy a bunch of paint. Well, that paint sat in the garage for over a year...because I'm apparently better at procrastinating than painting. I heard about Elmer and Brandon through a friend and gave them a call. They were friendly and able to come out right away to give me an estimate. The price was good, so I took them up on it. They did a fantastic job prepping all surfaces...very thorough powerwashing/masking. The paint job looks extremely professional and well done...nothing but compliments from everyone that's seen the transformation. Elmer and Brandon are very hard workers. If you hire them, you can count on getting the job done right. They make it look easy, but we all know it's really not...so do it right and give them a call. You'll be glad you did!"

"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. Photos included are original kitchen and pass-through that was removed. Tear out was ugly, so here's an up- to-date pic from today."

"They gave the best estimate, including 2 coats of paint even though I was not changing color. They could not do the work immediately but I didn't care. When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."
