I told her exactly the square footage, rooms, bathrooms, etc and that it was a big job. She said no problem and we agreed on a price. She said she was a good Christian lady and would even bring us an easter basket! We were not living in the house at the time. I texted her the day before and she confirmed again that they were coming and told me a time range. She then called me the day of, asked how to get into the house and said she would be done soon. My family and I arrived there a few hours later and the house was completely untouched and no one was there. She wouldn’t answer my calls or texts and TOTALLY stood us up without any notice. AND she now knows how to get into my house."
