"This company is extremely easy to work with.  I initially contacted them to get a quote to remove some construction debris and an old cut up hot tub from my yard.  I was originally going to use another company to haul everything away, but that company never came on the scheduled day.  I should have gone with Brian and Kevin from the beginning; lesson learned!  I contacted them on a Thursday to see when the soonest they could come out was... sure enough, they were there early Friday morning.
The guys took a look at the pile gave me a very fair price.  They worked with my budget which I really appreciated!  The price was so fair, I felt the least I could do was pitch in and help out.  So, over the next hour, the 3 of us removed the pile and put it into their huge box truck.  The guys are so down to earth, laid back, and easy to talk to that it was almost fun (how fun can physical labor really be?)
The guys really appreciated my business and provided great customer service, which isn't always the case with businesses today.  They made me feel like I was their most important customer that day.  If you are looking for a junk hauling company, stop looking through the reviews and call Brian immediately, you'll be glad you did!

"I was very impressed from the start, when Joe explained how his business worked.  He answered the phone right away, and said he had availability to move us on a date we requested, which was a Sunday afternoon, 2 weeks away.
He explained how his business worked, with different scenarios, where we could drive the U-haul, or have them drive.  By using the U-haul truck system, we believe we saved a great deal of money.  
I completed an online questionnaire, which allowed us to tell them the inventory to be moved, so they can get a sense of the size of the job.  The questionnaire was simple and easy to complete.
Once Joe received and reviewed our survey, he called back the same day, and gave me an estimate of cost, and options for dates and times.  He e-mailed us a breakdown of the cost, and suggestions for moving, which were very clear and helpful.
The day of the move went smoothly.  They called and gave an estimate of the time they could meet us at U-haul. My husband met them there, filled out the paperwork, and they drove the van to our house.  Casper was the main contact, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently.  They were courteous and professional.  When they packed the truck and unloaded the items into our storage space, my husband was impressed with their ability to load everything securely in these small spaces.  We were worried that we didn't have enough room, but they were able to make it work, and were very organized.  
We highly recommend them, and would do business with them again.

"After 17 years living in New Jersey, we decided to retire to Richmond, VA and needed to pack and move all of our goods in an old three-story house (plus a basement) 6+ hours away. It was a big decision for us and now that the process has been completed we could not be more confident we made the right choice in turning to White Glove... From the very outset we felt good about this moving company based on the calls we had on the phone with their agent, who could not have been more helpful or easy to work with. His professionalism was only surpassed by the crew that showed up on time and as promised to pack up and load the large trailers. When we arrived in Virginia a few days later, the same driver/foreman and a key member of the crew from NJ were there to offload all the goods into our new two-story home. "First off, know that with this company you are getting subcontractors.  In this case, the subcontractor was great and did quality work.  There were some problems/delays that were caused by the Millennium team who was responsible for ordering/delivery, etc. 
They started demolition pretty much on the day they started ordering things (tubs, etc.) and so of course there were some things that took longer than expected which caused delays in the work.  There were also issues with the wrong items being ordered and delivered which I was thankfully able to flag before installation.  This was sort of an odd thing because it happened multiple times and even the subcontractor was scratching his head a bit about this.  That was just bad project management and execution on Millennium's side.  For these reasons, the overall score dropped to a B.
But, I want to say that I am happy with the end result and the bathrooms look great.  There was a lot of good on this project.  Darin was helpful in picking out items as that was a bit overwhelming for me and I appreciated that.  As I said, the subcontractor did excellent quality work, they were super nice, worked on some Saturdays, put up with our dog, etc.  In the end, the quality and look is the most important thing and that was great.
Millennium (Darin) did acknowledge their mishaps and made sure to credit me for the inconveniences.  I never felt like he was trying to duck me or take advantage, he was very responsive to all my concerns.
So ya know, good company, but probably needs some close attention by the homeowner so that you catch any mishaps and flag any issues.  I suppose this is typical of a construction project. 
Regarding the use of subs, I would imagine you could have varying quality this way.  Our guys were Jerry and Chris and they were great.
