"This company is extremely easy to work with.  I initially contacted them to get a quote to remove some construction debris and an old cut up hot tub from my yard.  I was originally going to use another company to haul everything away, but that company never came on the scheduled day.  I should have gone with Brian and Kevin from the beginning; lesson learned!  I contacted them on a Thursday to see when the soonest they could come out was... sure enough, they were there early Friday morning.
The guys took a look at the pile gave me a very fair price.  They worked with my budget which I really appreciated!  The price was so fair, I felt the least I could do was pitch in and help out.  So, over the next hour, the 3 of us removed the pile and put it into their huge box truck.  The guys are so down to earth, laid back, and easy to talk to that it was almost fun (how fun can physical labor really be?)
The guys really appreciated my business and provided great customer service, which isn't always the case with businesses today.  They made me feel like I was their most important customer that day.  If you are looking for a junk hauling company, stop looking through the reviews and call Brian immediately, you'll be glad you did!

"From start to finish Joe and his team were aces all the way.  Joe was incredibly helpful in explaining everything step by step and making sure I understood how the move will go.  From the time I reserved with his company until the day before where the U-Haul company made a change on us.  As for Joes crew (Rob, Chase & Dan) they were polite, professional, easy to talk to, super fast and just made me feel very comfortable when a move is usually very stressful.  
This company provides the movers, you rent the truck.  So, my approximate cost above includes the U-Haul rental.  Strongmile was about $500 + truck $150.  Strongmile is paid by the hour so Joe will send you specific instructions on how to make the move go quicker.  Follow his instructions to the letter and it will zip by.  My move took 3 hours, which included 1 hour travel time.

"After 17 years living in New Jersey, we decided to retire to Richmond, VA and needed to pack and move all of our goods in an old three-story house (plus a basement) 6+ hours away. His professionalism was only surpassed by the crew that showed up on time and as promised to pack up and load the large trailers. When we arrived in Virginia a few days later, the same driver/foreman and a key member of the crew from NJ were there to offload all the goods into our new two-story home. Never once did they complain about having to lug upstairs heavy boxes of books or other goods into a storage area, bedrooms, etc. and they took every direction from us with respect to where to place various boxes and furniture throughout the entire house, including the back patio and garage. They did all of this while it rained off and on during delivery, taking care to protect the wood floors while coming in and out of the house. Overall, my wife and I could not have nicer things to say about the crew and company. We got multiple bids when assessing different moving companies and I would say White Glove's pricing was very fair and competitive."

"We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.
