"Don?t waste your time or money. Guy came out filled some holes and laid some traps. Was supposed to come back in two weeks (included in what I paid the first time) to check the traps and nobody ever came. I was then told there was a scheduling issue and my ?monthly appointment? would be happening this week. I asked if this would be considered the free two week visit and then was ignored. Haven?t heard anything back since nor did anybody come again. I have been resetting the traps myself and on top of that, half of the traps are defective and don?t snap when triggered. Which they would have known had they come back for the two week follow up. So now I have had to buy new traps to put into the boxes on top of what I already paid these guys to never come back like they said they would. "
