I assume that they did the job I hired them to do, but since I did not get on a ladder to check my gutters, I don't know what kind of job they did on a 2500 square foot house in 10 minutes. They cleaned up and took a small amount of trash with them. I don't know how to give this service a rating."

"Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."
