"

We used this company in 2009 (2nd floor furnace and A/C) and 2010 (1st floor A/C) and were very happy with their performance. When our 28 year old 1st floor furnace died, we only called Vaughan for an estimate. I checked on line for furnace and A/C estimates and felt the water heater and install was fairly priced. When I discussed the furnace and install estimate and said it seemed a little high Mike G. offered a slightly lower price which I accepted. Mike also made some recommendations that were fiscally in my favor; lining the chimney for the water heater or not; energy efficiency levels for rebates (end in 2016).

Matt N. and Matt W. who did the install performed all the mechanical, electric and plumbing superbly. As a registered professional engineer I appreciated good workmanship and Vaughan delivered for this third install since 2009. They were there when they said they would be and finished at the time planned. Everything was left in good order. The new exhaust and intake pipes to the outside were neatly done and good closure of no longer needed chimney vents.

"Everyone at Arctic Air is polite and professional! They take the time to answer all your questions, any time you have one. I highly recommend this company. PS: they also installed a hole house tankless water heater in my house. They did a terrific job on that also."

"Did a great job with water heater. Came out right away"

"Overall a ok experience. Came out the same to to fix a leak in the shower. Seemed a little expensive. $185.00 to change a shower cartridge. Repair was a 5 min job but still charged an hour of labor at $130/ hr. plus $55 for the part. Which is a $20 part."

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"I suddenly had very low water pressure throughout my home. I needed a professional plumbing service and quick. Alliance Service Pros sent someone out the same day. Andrew diagnosed the cause and repaired it in a short amount of time. He tested the system before he left to make sure all was running well. I would highly recommend this company for the outstanding good service and the immediate response. Thank you, Alliance!"

"I had my heater serviced for the winter, and Jason did a great job. He was on time, and took his time to make sure everything was done right. He gave me so much info about the job, and what else I can do to make it work better. If you want someone to explain everything to you up front, then HARRIS Plumping and Heating should be for you. angieb"

"Mr. Miller (Bobby) is a great guy and as well a talented plumber. I’ve known him for at least 20 years now and I wouldn’t think to call a different plumber. He’s on time and responsible. He knows what he’s doing so that with some of these &0-90 year old houses you get someone who can make old and modern repairs. He’s neat and cleans up after himself. He’s also honest and will tell you the truth about what you may or may not need. His prices are competitive. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber. I’ll be calling him again soon for some more work I need to have done."
