"They came out an inspected the windowsill and found it wasn't the bricks it was the caulk around the flashing that needed to be replaced. I was given instructions on how to fix it and what caulking to purchase. It was an easy fix! If I ever have a problem with masonry, I will definitely call on them again."

If you want an honest, reliable and reasonable contractor – call Mack Brazell. The scope of the project was to repair a roof/siding leak; and install new wall/ceiling sheetrock and flooring where leak damage had occurred. After contacting several others, Mack is the only one who told us he COULD do it and WOULD do it! 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was superior. Throughout the project, we were impressed with Mack’s commitment to generating a top-quality product. He really cared about doing the job right! He identified the problem and worked quickly to stop a long-term roof leak right before Hurricane Florence hit SC. Repairs to the roof, ceilings and walls was perfect. Mack and associates were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our mother’s home and her availability. 2. Integrity and professionalism. I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. We got a military discount and they check the humidifier to make sure it is doing what it is supposed to do for about $99.
