"I can not say enough good things about Capital Palmetto Builders. Ivan and his team were very professional, walked us through the whole process and answered the many questions we had. Before we began the process of getting a new roof and seamless gutters we did our due diligence and contacted two other companies along with Capital Palmetto Builders. After meeting with the other two roofing companies there was no doubt that we were going with Capital, and I’m so glad we did! The roof and seamless gutters looks absolutely amazing and the crew did a very detailed clean up of all roofing debris and nails that were on the ground before they left. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters installed!!"

"messaged on 7/20 and a woman from their office called back quickly. I called her back but instead spoke to gentleman on the phone - he insisted in getting my "husband's information" when he was getting my information - I asked him if that mattered and he said he likes to get all of the information for "decision makers" from the beginning. I did not provide that info but nonetheless he sent his workers to arrange estimate on 7/24 for roofing repairs. Was told they would suggest to owner to send both a quote for repairs and full roof replacement. Put tarps over damaged areas to keep additional leaks from happening. ($195.00) Never got a quote from them. Messaged them multiple times and never heard back. The workers that came out to inspect the roof were great but never got a quote to get any other work done."
