"BAUER ROOFING   <br /> The work done on the roof was Very Professional. <br /> The problems we encountered were that:·         <br /> They did not adhere to our request NOT to come during a time that we were out of town. <br />         <br /> They did not call before coming to the house. They would just show up and start working when we were not home. <br />          <br /> Damage was done in Hail Storm May 2014 in Richland Northeast, the roof was replaced in September 2014, and the remainder of the work was completed in March 2015. <br />          <br /> They did not supply an itemized bill for what work was performed.  The bill was just a lump sum of what they wanted to be paid.  <br /> The work was good but the billing and work practices were not what I would expect from a <br /> good company.  <br /> <br /> After sending us the itemized bill, Mr Roy Bauer made an appointment in May 2015 to ensure we had all the billing information requested and discuss the matters listed. He personally appologize for the inconviences.  He realized that there was some miscommunication, during this time of massive number of damaged units, that needs to be changed.
