"I purchased the Big Deal for this. There was an extra cost involved that I was not aware of. Maybe it was in the fine print, but regardless, I needed the job done, so we went ahead with it.  We had done this job ourselves once and it didn't last very long. I also needed a tiny little tab to stabilize the shower door & couldn't find that missing tab anywhere, but this company provided it. :)
First, an appointment was made to see what work was was needed (that's when I found out my Bid Deal didn't cover the job), then another appointment was made to have the cleaning done. 
The man who came out to do the work did a nice job. He used a pressure washer to clean & cleaned and redid  the grout around multiple tiles. He worked by himself & it took him a long time. I was told it does not normally take as long as it did for us, but he did not have a partner that day, for what is normally a 2 person job. 
Over a year later, and our shower grout & tiles still look very, very, nice.

"The service went great. I had a concept for the design in mind when he arrived. He took the concept and made it viable at the on-site visit (considering space, water flows, costs, etc). Then we met at his store to review potential materials. He also discussed the potential to remodel the kitchen and provided that concept - very well thought out. I would recommend this company. "Van Cleave Construction were very helpful in helping us decide on a solution to remodeling our 30+ year old master bathroom shower on a limited budget.
We used the Onyx shower surround, which is a composite material, not tile or fiberglass. Examples can be seen at Ekards on the North Belt highway.
After demolition, we discovered a serious code violation where an issue with the electrical wiring for adjoining rooms was not properly secured or routed away from the plumbing fixtures. Van Cleave was very prompt in getting a licensed electrician to come out and make the required repairs before moving on. 
The installation took less than two days. There was an issue with the glass doors coming loose from the mounts in the tracks and they sent someone out immediately and made the proper adjustments. The doors are now safe and secure.
