"Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!

"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. "Todd did a fast and complete job of installing a kitchen garbage disposal. He stayed in touch with me prior to coming out, was friendly and a good man. I thought the cost was slightly high but it's been years since I've used a plumber and inflation probably accounts for that. Whatever, I couldn't have done the job myself, other plumbers I talked to refused to give me an estimate over the phone, for a simple job of installing a garbage disposal. "we called 3 companies to get estimates for our water heater to be replaced.1 estimate was $1350.00  anotherone was  $1200.00.  Rooter Fast told us they charge $735.00 for Angieslist customers, I thought that was for labor only, We were shocked when we were told ,it was for the complete job. I have to be honest, we were worried about service and quality, for that price, but  were put at ease when David and Chris shoed up, they had boot covers on their boots, they did a great job, will will call them back if we have a plumbing issue!!!!!!!
