"PBA was recommended to me by a neighbor who had siding replaced and was happy with the work done. Higor and Juan were pleasant to work with and very knowledegable. Our project was new siding (premium vinyl) and gutters replaced and foundation painted. We're very pleased with the results. It rained for eight straight days at the beginning of the project but the crew worked around it as best they could and made sure enough was done on work days that the house was not left exposed to the weather. Higor was very responsive (by phone and/or text) when questions or concerns about details of the project came about. Luckily the Insurance company took care of the engineer, but Becker took care of the framing AND the roof replacement. "When I found out my chimney siding was Masonite (who the heck knows why someone would use that on the exterior )! I changed the scope to replace the siding on the entire chimney above the roof. Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. I decided to patch the hole myself and postpone bids to replace the siding on the entire chimney when I save up the money required."

"Representative came to our house. Inspected and measured windows. He informed us of the various options. Very friendly and professional. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Half of the cost was expected at the time of the order. We had to wait over a month for the installation but were told that up front. Installation was done in that promised time frame. Day of installation, the worker explained what they would do and answered all questions. They were done in less than 2 hours which included a very good cleaning of the installation area and windows. I immediately noticed less noise and draft from the new windows. We were very pleased with the windows and the work."
