I actually had to ask for the bill before they left. Dave explained every charge which came to less than $300.00, way, way less than I expected. <br /> I had a small issue with the sprayer leaking, Dave came right out and fixed it. He even went down cellar and turned off my <br /> outside spigot for me...good thing because it would have frozen in this weather. <br /> My counters are beautiful and I would hire these guys again in a minute! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Make sure your cabinets are level. They had to shim one end about an inch higher than the other. If I had known, I would have tried to shave down the high spot in the middle. Also, they admit that they forgot to seal it in the warehouse and we got a few possible grease marks. They took care of it when they returned to do the backsplash. I also had to do the caulking because the company only provides installers with clear or white caulk and I needed black."

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"
