He took some readings to see how bad the damage was and explained everything to me. He cleaned up the mess, sprayed for mold, and set up equipment to dry everything out. He came back two days later to check on everything and take more readings to make sure things were drying out and he rearranged the equipment to make sure everywhere in the basement was getting dry. He came back two days later after everything was dry, took more readings to make sure I was all set, and he removed the equipment. Overall, Cleantec did a great job and I was most impressed that they did not overstate the level of damage and did not look to overcharge me with things I didn't need."
