"Ongosia Uhatafe and his workers did a great job remodeling two bathrooms. The job was completed on time, on budget and very professionally. I especially appreciated his workers cleaning up each evening, including vacuuming and putting their materials out of our way."

"Very well. This company has skilled workers who can do anything a yard needs. Mowing, tree trimming, irrigation and water movement control, planning and implementation. Weed control, and especially water sprinkler installation and maintenance. I use them at two home locations, Mililani Town and Kailua.qa"

"Ben did a wall for me up in Tantulus area, there was alot of erosion under my bridge leading to my garage so Ben and his crew built a retaining wall to hold back everything. They did a perfect job and was really good on his communication through out the whole process and project."

"We live on a hillside with 30 fruit trees and a lot of overgrown vegetation. Scott and his crew came in and worked for 3 full days removing trees, weeding beds, trimming branches and taking all the rubbish away to make our space look amazing. The team could not have been a better example of hard work and pride in their craft. Early in the bidding, I tried to cheap out and have him just weed whack the weeds and he explained how they would grow right back and it’s worth it to have them take the time to remove everything the right way. I took his recommendation and so glad we did. I didn’t know backyard dirt could look that sexy! We were quick to find other projects for the team so we had a reason to bring him back and this week they are coming back to install French drain and gutter drainage pipes. I can’t say enough good things about this team and appreciate all they have done."

"Very professional work and ethics. Trimmed two large monkey pod trees and installed over 400 ft. of chain-link fence mounted on cement-block foundation. Also, an added job to finish a prior contractor's unfinished portion of a rock wall was completed by Knowledgeable and skilled members. Punctual and efficient team with great hospitality. Will gladly hire these professionals for future jobs."

"The work itself was done very well. I have no complaints with the work itself. I also appreciate the effort it took for the owner, Clayton, to arrange a time to come to my condo to do the work. My schedule was hectic, and we worked out and changed times. He was very good at returning text messages, checking and rechecking his schedule, and more. Also the crew that came to work at my condo were polite and friendly (fun to talk with). However, Xtreme Services fell short of my expectations in a few ways. First, Clayton brought 4 crew members with him. Who needs 5 people to do such simple handyman tasks? He told me that he had a bigger job just after mine, so he brought the whole crew. Second, they arrived in a truck without a logo and parked in a handicap parking spot. (They did have a handicap tag, but I did not see anyone who was actually handicapped.) These two factors created a problem for me. The condo security was a little surprised to have 5 handymen arrive in a truck and park in a handicap zone although there was plenty of other parking in a close garage guest parking spot. Security apparently contacted the condo manager who checked us out to make sure there was no trouble. This made me look bad. Second, it cost me $420.00 for them to do these simple jobs in two hours. I expected to pay about $250 to $300 as they did come to my condo, which is fairly high end, so I expected to pay a little extra for the service, but certainly not as much as I was charged. Third, I asked for an invoice, and Clayton asked me, "Do you need it for taxes or something?" I said that I didn't and he simply looked at me waiting for me to tell him to forget it, which I stupidly did. I really did want an invoice to see why I was charged so much, as well as proof that Xtreme Services did the work if I had any problems later on. (I paid cash.) I actually blame myself for not pushing for the receipt/invoice. But, still, any good business is going to write up an invoice at the end of the work. If Xtreme Services wants to continue to grow and get jobs, they need to know this, especially when working with people in Honolulu condos. I can add that I didn't ask for an estimate, being trusting, and this was likely a part of the problem with how much I ended up paying. Enough said."

"Outstanding work! They did just what I wanted, started right away, finished quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t have been more professional."
