"Appointment was for 9:00 AM but the service person arrived a little early. He removed his shoes upon entering and I explained the problem. He examined the heat pump and found it to be low on refrigerant, which I believe was left that way by another company during a previous repair. He charged the system and checked for leaks, both to the indoor and outdoor unit, and found none. He repaired damage to the unit's fan shroud, which had been left loose and rattling because the mounting holes had been previously stripped. He also checked the operation of a second heat pump unit and found it to be running OK. All said I was very happy with the work that was performed, price charged, and the professionalism displayed. I will call them next time I need HVAC service. <br />"
