"I signed up for Clean Krete's AL special-- $99 for $300 worth of work and then contacted Clean Krete.  I spoke with Brandy-- she was charming-- and arranged for a visit and estimate.  I specifically asked for two estimates-- one just to repair concrete cracks and the other to repair the cracks and stain the concrete.  They arrived on the day they were suppose to and later that week provided an estimate of $3100 for repair and staining.  I then sent them two emails and left two phone messages over the next week specifically asking for the repair estimate only.  I never received a response and it has been several weeks.  Meanwhile, the $3100 charge is way above other estimates I have obtained.  Since the provider is non responsive and other reviews tell a similar story, I would like a refund on my $99.

"First of all we got a fast and professional quote from Warren. He is a very knowledgeable guy, and he made some great recommendations four this project. He was super patient as our HOA took forever to approve our project, and it took us months to get everything ready for the pergola to be installed. The delays were all on our part, but Warren was patient the entire way. The whole while, Warren occasionally checked in and held his price for us in the contract. The house is for sale and they were able to scheduling me quickly and work around a couple of showings. There workers were very professional and answered all of my questions.
The work itself is absolutely stunning. I had no idea that my cracked concrete could be made to look so amazing without replacing everything. Their process is fairly simple in that they make cuts into the concrete, fill large cracks, grind any rough spots, power wash, then stain the concrete. The final result looks like custom concrete paving slabs or concrete stamps.
