I had many roofs installed over the past several years none of which seem to work due to the pitch. The most recent roof I put on was a metal roof, which was the source of many of the problems. After Lou inspected it he told me what needed to be done and after agreeing on the contract he started immediately. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. "Excellent contractor; professional in every aspect of the job. Owner and/or owner's son was on the job at all times to supervise the work although their employees were obviously experienced roofers. They used large tarps all around the house to protect the lawn and plantings and cleaned up the area at  the end of each day. The owner fixed a skylight that had been leaking because of improper installation by the original roofer and used his creativity and custom made flashing to re-install it properly.
They completed the job in two days, (41 squares) so interruption was minimal. In addition they addressed every issue in a pleasant, courteous manner and dedicated themselves to doing the job correctly with great attention to detail. We had an excellent experience with this company and would definitely recommend them.

"My roof was replaced by home genius exteriors. It looks really well and the crew worked hard. We were tested with monsoon type rain and all seems well. I will say the job wasn't without hurdles. We ended up getting a quick storm during the installation. There ended up being some interior damage which was actually fixed pretty quickly by the crew on a different day of that week. So that was okay. I have a new garage ceiling painted and all. The other major hurdle was when they tore off the roof it turned out there was additional plywood to replace which cost me more money. At the end of the day there's a new roof over my head. I would still recommend home genius despite the eventful journey it took to reach the end."
