It had been constructed using nails, so over time had become ?loose? and unsafe. Screws were added to keep the railing from pulling away. A neighbor stated that he was getting his wood deck replaced and had contracted with Leddingham Construction. His deck turned out great! While the crew was finishing up, I chatted with Fred (owner) and obtained their business info. They provided quick customer service with a reasonable and straight-forward quote. The crew was on time, kept the worksite organized, worked professionally, and with precision. With Leddingham using screws, the end result was a much sturdier deck which will surely hold up better over the years. The crew promptly removed all construction debris and left the area clean.
