The staff was very professional. If they said they would arrive at a particular time, they were there. They explained everything that needed to be done and advised when things had to be adjusted. Kelly and Shawn were very kind and completed all requisition in a timely fashion.  They removed and replaced damage wood. Installed new eaves drip metal. They installed shingles I selected as Dimensional, GAF Brand installed to existing code. All inspections were approved and finalized by the city and debris was removed from premises.  I watched them work and all questions raised were answered to my satisfaction.

Kelly and Shawn explained the agreement with Y Green Financing and helped to answer all of my questions. Kelly the owner helped  with projection estimates of  the final cost. She alleviated my financial fears and explained how Y Green works to finance my entire roofing project. It's been close to two months since the completion of my roof and I have never been as sure that my roof can withstand 160 mile winds.  I am very proud to have chosen Above The Rest Roofing and do recommend their work.

"Cat 5 Metal Roofing were extremely knowledgeable and professional, getting us answers to all our questions prior to us making decision to proceed. They were very well prices, very timely on arriving when they said they would be here, extremely courteous and diligent on cleaning up each day when they were here working. Everything went extremely smoothly throughout the entire process. We love our new roof!!! I would strongly recommend Cat 5 Metal Roofing for any metal roofing needs you may have for your home or business."

"It went very very smooth they did an excellent job. We sold this home 2 years ago and the inspector said if Palmer Roofing did our roof there are no worries they do a great job. Thanks so much Palmer Roofing."

"Amazing, very professional, on-time, clean work,"

"They showed up on time and sprayed the roof and patio and sidewalk. The chemicals smelled pretty strong but it rained as soon as they were finishing up. I asked if that would lessen the effectiveness of the treatment, they claimed no. I guess time will tell, since the roof has a 2 year warranty. The only problem is the low pressure spray doesn’t clean off any debris off of the driveway or sidewalk, leaving the dirt after the treatment."
