"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Use literally anyone but Isaacs. They will take $50k+ of your money and leave you with inoperable, disfunctional heating/ac throughout your entire house. Then do absolutely nothing to help you. They will say over and over how they will make it right. When in reality they will do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. It has been nothing but a nightmare trying to work with Isaacs. I could not regret hiring them more. It's been 6 months of pure torture."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I called them and told them I needed a furnace tune up and that I would also need paperwork so that I could get the $50 RGE(utility company rebate). Justina told me i wouldn't need any paperwork for it and that she would take care of it after the service was completed and paid for and that I would have to take no further action. I asked if she was sure and she insisted that this was how they did it. needless to say I never got the $50. After weeks of hearing nothing I reached out to the people at the utility company that deals with the rebate and they have no record of anyone turning in any paper work for me. So I called High Performance and spoke to Justina again and she reassured me that it was still coming and that I would still get the $50. I never did, and by this time it was too late for me to submit it myself. The only reason I was using their company in the 1st place was so that I could get the work done before the rebate deadline and they completely failed at this and I never got my $50. Their technician was supposed to be here at 1pm and they didn't show up until after 6pm. I called their office every half hour until 6pm trying to find out if he was still coming. Someone finally told me that he WAS coming but that wasn't until after 4pm"

Yari is the one who comes every time we call and he is phenomenal and very kind and courteous. He installed my new furnace Dec 2021 in less than 3hrs. Great job too. I wouldn't choose anyone else.
