"My experience with Nordic Roofing was excellent. The owner, Peter, came within a few hours of initially speaking with him after I described a leak coming in from my roof vent. He went up on the roof, assessed the situation, and with all that was necessary he fixed the leak on the spot. He was willing to skip charging me, since in his opinion a major job was not required. He even took photos of the problem and sent them to me. I was impressed that he didn't try to upsell me for more than what was required, not only for the roof leak, but for a small problem with my porch posts. In my opinion, since he can be trusted with the little things, he can be trusted to help you out fairly with whatever scale project you might have. I highly recommend Nordic roofing and working with Peter."

Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. There pricing was in line with my other estimates not the cheapest but not the most expensive, Jims Knowledge was what won us over."

"Most overpriced roofing company around. It's laughable the quotes I was given by these guys vs. the other roofers I spoke with. Combine that with the fact I was warned about how they are quick to go the half-a** route when encountering a problem vs. actually doing the right thing and solving the problem. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."

"These guys are absolutely amazing!!! The owner, Drew, is incredibly respectful and courteous. He explains every detail with you of what exactly they're going to do and gives a fair estimate, that beats out the competition by far. The crew that showed up to do the job was fantastic!! They even took the time to answer our 11 year old son's questions and spent time playing a little basketball with him once the roof was finished!! The guys were always checking in with us to assure that we had no unanswered concerns. They cleaned up our property beautifully when they were finished and asked if we were satisfied with their work.
