"I was so impressed with this company. I initially called on a Sunday evening. My call was returned early Monday morning and Jayson was at the house a few hours later. He initially reset the system, as this was the least expensive option. Since this was not the problem, Jayson immediately returned the following morning for re-examination. He then discovered the broken part and it was installed the following day, as it had to be ordered. He was very polite, always on time, and a pleasure to communicate with. "I called Pat to repair a Westinghouse range that is from the 1970s. Since I am in the process of renovating the house and not to the kitchen yet, it is not an appliance I wish to replace. And, it had been working properly. Originally a repair person from Sears Applicance Repair evaluated the range and informed me that it needed to be replaced, it was so old that he could not find the information he would need to repair it, and it was a fire hazard anyway, because it it not have a range hood. Pat arrived to tell me exactly what was wrong with the range, ordered the part and had it repaired the next day. We also discussed the issue of it being a fire hazard and he assured me that the clearances around the range were appropriate, in fact, beyond code, and that there were no issues. It was a relief to work with someone who does not have a and quot;throw away and replace with something new.and quot; This is the second time Pat has worked on an appliance for me when another repair person has been unable to discover the problem. If you prefer old-fashioned laundry style, with top-load, large washers with agitators and big drums, and dryers that do whatever you want them to do? Well, I'm sure you've already discovered what a waste of time it is, going to big chain stores trying to find something you really want that doesn't cost a zillion dollars. <br /> Appliance City knows that we are out here, the customers who want something that's effective and easy to repair, that allow the user (that's me, the mom at home) to decide how the laundry should be treated, rather than some delicate computerized sensors inside the machines making poor decisions.
