When I spoke with Lisa on the phone, she was so nice and not only did she agree to do the job but she worked with her team and came in under the amount I had budgeted. And if that wasn't a worry off my mind...she also got it scheduled to be done the very next day! Ethan and Miguel showed up bright and early the next day. They were very nice, polite and professional and finished the job by noon taking care to clean up and double check for any stray nails, they even offered to take some things i had stacked up to the dump for me and loaded it in their truck. I felt like they treated this small job with the care and respect as if my little shed was a mansion. I am referring them to everyone i talk to and I will be calling them again next year to do the roof on my house!"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
