"Graham was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and showed me the issue. He came on time, finished the job in under 30 minutes and fixed our leaking pipe. I will definitely use this company again."

"I was notified by my water bureau that I had a major pipe leak and was horrified to learn that the leak added up to 10,000 gallons more than my normal usage in a billing cycle. I contacted Anton Beslic at MasterWorks Plumbing based on the stellar Angi reviews. He came over the following morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes: an old and cracked PVC pipe leading from the house to the meter. Anton made the arrangements to get the job started and mostly completed the following day. That involved getting a permit from the city; having officials mark on my lawn where fiber optic cables, gas lines, etc., were located; hiring a company to bore a new service line from the meter to the house crawl space; installing a quality 60’ pipe that will last way beyond my lifetime; installing an expansion tank on the water heater; and arranging for a final inspection from the city. Anton also installed a main house shut off in the closet next to the crawl space entry, which I did not have previously. I was so impressed by his professionalism, skill, and attention to detail and am forever grateful for how quickly he got the job done. I highly recommend MasterWorks plumbing!"

"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"Vic from Wolcott was great to work with, he identified the issue and fixed it."

"My water pressure in the only shower of the house had gone almost out. The bathroom sink pressure was also low as well as an issue in the kitchen sink with the hot water. I called NW Sundance on Tuesday and they came out on Saturday (didn't have to miss any work). Jeff was very professional and quickly fixed all my problems. So happy to have my shower back!! Very satisfied!!"

"This company was easy to work with and offered competitive pricing. I paid 1800 for a 50 gal water heater installment when other companies were asking for 2800. They were on time, professional, and got our water heater installed quickly."

"As a Realtor, having reliable contractors I can confidently recommend to my clients is incredibly important, and Eric with Tight Lines Plumbing is always my first call. He recently installed a new water heater at my home in Wilsonville, and the experience only reinforced why I trust him so much. Eric is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and does exceptional work. He takes the time to explain everything, offers fair pricing, and truly cares about his customers. My clients have always had great experiences with him, and I never hesitate to send his name their way. If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust, whether it’s a water heater, repairs, or a larger plumbing project, I highly recommend Tight Lines Plumbing!"

"Axiom has been so great to our family and our household. We had our water heater fail and within a few days they managed to squeeze us in since we had a baby and didn't have hot water for well over a week. The owner is so awesome and so graciously let us pay a 50% down and the rest upon job completion for our new tankless when he did not have to. I'm so thankful. I've worked with Mitch and Joe and they are both very friendly and great at what they do. Currently as I write this I am having my kitchen plumbed so I can finally have a sink. Definitely recommend this company and these employees. They know how to treat their customers."

"Bud did all of the plumbing work for our new pool house, including installing the hot water heater, hose bib, shower, toilet, and faucet fixtures. He did an excellent job from start to finish. Bud was great to work with; communicative, reliable, and very predictable when it came to both scheduling and pricing. He always kept us informed, showed up when expected, and there were no surprises along the way. The quality of his work was excellent, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Bud and would absolutely use him again!"

"Midtown Plumbing did a very professional and thorough job of totally replumbing an unfinished basement bathroom. The crew were very friendly and made the effort to thoroughly answer all my questions to my satisfaction. They also added necessary items that I was not aware were required. Their drain line routings were a beauty to see. While backfilling and self compacting prior to the slab pour I was concerned about a soft, moist surface and partially reexcavated a portion of their work. Midtown returned and retested for leaks and verified that all plumbing was good, and at no extra cost. I was very impressed with their honesty, diligence and pride in their work."
