After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great."

"Pedro and his crew were prompt, easy to work with, and completed a small but labor intensive cedar sidewall shingle installation. Two other ANGI recommended contractors didn't want to be bothered with this small two-day job, but were more than willing to bid on other on-site work that I wasn't requesting. I would hire Campos Construction again if and when the need arises. WILL REDO THIS REVIEW AFTER A NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH THE INSTALLATION ARE CORRECTED OR DEALT WITH. "Eugene worked out of the Vancouver office. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very good at communicating with us and educating us as he went along. Our wood floor looks beautiful and we can't say enough good things about it. He had to work around our fireplace tile and do some creative trim work. He is meticulous yet fast at his job. He is very fair with his pricing, as well. We're very happy"

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. "For 10 years I have dreamed of reversing my kitchen & dining area.  My husband said it was impossible, because I wanted to take out a bearing wall.  He finally said I could hire it done.  I called Oregon Builders and they figured out how to do it.  They used microllam beams and they worked beautifully  By removing the walls, it opened up 3 rooms, so I can now visit with guests in the living room.  It also made my dining room double the size it was.  I added french doors in the dining area so it let more light in and the living room window gives me a great view from the kitchen.  A lot of the design was my Idea but they had ideas that made it even more beautiful .  I am so happy with my remodel, and glad I did it.  I'm glad I hired Oregon Builders.

"It went great.  It took me a while to get them out but not because of them it was my schedule was the problem.  The price was fine. I think initially when they came they sent the guy out to power wash the house before painting. The guy that they sent out he didn't understand what work needed to be done so he didn't bring the right equipment. So he had to come back and do it.  In the end they made everything right to feel good about everything that happened."
