He diagnosed the issue and after making a run to the store to buy the needed items, he fixed it (now works like new) and cleaned up the area. It seemed that no one wanted to be bothered with a small job. Then I had a phone call from Vance Thomas who was interested in helping me! We scheduled a time when he could here and check out the project. It turned out that 5 other deck boards also needed to be replaced. He gave me a very fair estimate, got all materials ready and the work was done yesterday!
