He never showed up, never performed the work, and completely stopped responding to our attempts to contact him. Because the work was NEVER DONE, when it recently got cold our pipes froze and lead to significant damage (that we were obviously trying to avoid by paying $3,000 to someone that claims to be a ?professional?). It?s one thing to do a poor job, it?s another to take a large sum of cash and completely abandon what would have been a returning client. Out $3,000 and left with a damaged home.
