"Roof replacement went well and looks great. Aylwin did a very poor job on replacing our Gutter helmet which prevents falling debris from clogging the gutters. At first ,workers planned to throw them away which was a communication break down from management to front line workers. When gutter helmet was re-installed by Alywin, gutters were reinstalled incorrectly leaving a 1" gap allowing pine needles and debris to fall in. If you are having your roof replaced only, Aylwin does a great job. If you have any specialized gutters, I would highly recommend seeking another roofing company. After numerous calls, Aylwin still hasn't taken the initiative to correctly install the gutters. We are considering litigation."

"Aden Roofing is reluctant to honor their warranty contracts. They cleaned and treated roof in 2012 with a 5 year year warranty.
When we called September 2014 to have him retreat problem areas, we were told that they didn't have a 5 year warranty, even though we have the signed contract specifying the 5 year period.  He said he would retreat the areas in April 2015. He didn't call or come in April . We called the company again and was told he would come in June.  
 
When we called again to set an appointment he was extremely rude and very unprofessional wanting to delay until September, which is unacceptable.

The crew that he sent to do the work was so friendly and hard working. We enjoyed chatting a bit with them each day. They worked diligently each day and got the job done quickly. They arrived promptly each morning and picked up each evening before heading out. Matt came by the day after everything was finished up to check the work himself and to see if we had any questions or concerns and to be sure we were satisfied.
