"This was for a rental house we own in Decatur, we don't live in Decatur.  The company didn't call us as we expected to set up the appointment, but after I contacted him he was very responsive.  When he was able to get in the house to do the repair he discovered there was a leak and the floor was rotting. He contacted me and waited for me to get back with him.  While waiting he fixed a small problem with the shower in the other bathroom that another plumber was supposed to have fixed back in December.  He didn't charge me for that repair and gave me a 15% discount on fixing the floor and leak.  He had to come back to do the repair, but all seemed to go well.  Ronnie was very nice and easy to work with and I felt like he was reasonable in his prices.
