Day of service- May 1, 2018: Jim arrived at agreed time. Before cleaning he used plastic shields to protect any furniture in his path when he brought in the hose from the van; he elevated the legs of the sofa and loveseat. During the cleaning he called to me to point out a small tear near a pillow cushion, etc. Additionally, he demonstrated grout cleaning on a 12x12 square in our kitchen. Summary: Jim was prompt with response to inquiry, arrival time, informative and courteous."
