We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."

Consistently letting us know what step was next and what we should expect. This was our first experience with a project like this and weren't sure what to expect.
