"Innovative Electrical was hired to repair the lighting for our subdivision front signs. Upon inspection, it was determined that the best and most cost effective route was to rip and replace the 20+ yr old halogen system with an LED system. This was done and the lights look and work excellent. We did have a failure of one of the LED elements about 8 months after the initial installation (which is not uncommon for LED assemblies) and they came and replaced with an entirely new light, with parts and labor completely covered under warranty. It's difficult to find contractors that communicate well, are punctual and do exactly what they're hired to do. Innovative Electrical is just that type of contractor. They are more than willing to take large and small jobs, something others have no interest in doing. I recommend them and will make them my first call for any future electrical needs."

She was very professional and responsive to my follow up questions. We chose the top of the line lights so we would know they would last a long time with little to no maintenance. "Jimmy was great. He arrived on time, was professional, and did everything to standard and beyond expectations. Ceiling fan works great. All I did was buy it at Home Depot's and he did the rest once we confirmed that the ceiling light was configured for a ceiling fan hook up. He assessed the kitchen outlets and explained which GFCI's went to which outlets (we had just bought the house so did not know where all the GFCI's were). He demonstrated excellent knowledge of electrical systems and answered all of my questions on a couple of non-safety related issues that my housing inspector had found during the house purchase phase a few months ago. When I asked him if he could put in a dimmer switch, he had all the right materials and put it in quickly and professionally. As the owner (Jimmy's father) had told me on the phone, his technician (Jimmy) would give us a call 30 minutes out and approximately be at the house around 10 am. Jimmy called at 10:15 am and said his current job was running long, but that he could be to our place by 10:45 am. That worked perfect. Would definitely hire again."
