I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Basement contactor put in a series of drainage ditches, PVC pipe for the downspouts, repaired, rotted boards, and added a, tar-like substance to seal all the crevices should water get past the drainage ditches. It was an excellent plan/execution and I fully expect to have a dry basement for the life of my home."

"The above repair work was in-between two unsuccessful clean-out attempts by a company Dillion works with. After the clean-outs did not improve anything, one of the bosses at Dillion came out to survey the situation. He came out on a Friday morning and saw we had no drainage and said he would get back to me that morning. He got back to me late Tuesday morning with an estimate for more clean-out attempts for $275 or removal of part of a brick wall to get to the clogged plumbing to replace the pipes for around $800.00. By that time I had already called a different clean-out service who came out and successfully cleared the clog in one hour for $123.00. <br />"
