"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "My overall experience with Lety was this- the first time I met her I felt like she was trying to up sell me, I was asked to buy all the cleaning supplies myself, which is fine, but also stressed to purchase some wax cleaner which i never even saw - and that was supposed to last me for several cleanings.  The first cleaning was a 'deep cleaning' and the girls did a nice job.  Lety was very responsive to texts, etc.   <br /> I set up for a bi-weekly cleaning which was a little high in price, my small house for $100.  By comparison I am having it cleaned now for 1/2 that price.  The girls did an ok job overall- I put quality at medium.  When the girls come, there is a lot of stuff they bring, and there are a couple of them, so I had to find a place to move my small dog, which was a pain.   <br /> There was confusion regarding a cleaning time that caused issues for me, since I had to coordinate moving to dog and all.  I stopped using her services since they were expensive and I felt had to move my dog for his comfort.  My current service is much more mellow so the dog is fine at home, reducing hassle for me.  And less expensive.   <br /> My feeling is there are better services in town.  I also don't understand why this is called Organic Cleaning Machine, because none of the supplies they recommend using are "organic" or "natural" - maybe organic refers to the women? <br />"

"Amy's Carpet Care is the only carpet cleaner we will ever use. Our daughter had rented an apartment and the carpets were horrible, there was a very large stain in the middle of the room. The owners had already had it cleaned from a different carpet cleaner but the stain did not come out so we just threw a rug over the stain. When the leased ended we had to get the carpets cleaned, we contacted Amy's Carpet Care and they were able to get the stain out of the carpet that had been there for over a year! We have used them since for a couple of rentals and for our own house and we have never been disappointed. They are very reliable and the staff is great, very friendly and very efficient in what they do, there has not been a stain yet that they have not been able to get out. I only wish we would have found them sooner."
