Get matched with top deck, fence, patio or porch clean and sealers in Canton, MI

"The crew was very professional and very thorough. They did a great job communicating daily expectations and how weather was affecting next steps. In addition to painting the exterior siding on my home, they white washed the bricks on the lower level and chimney. The whole team worked hard to make sure that the white wash looked exactly the way that I wanted it. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied! They also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimized the impact on my family's day to day activities. I would definitely recommend them!"

"Inspected gutters and found no blockage. Problem is tree root growing through underground discharge. Bypassed underground drain for now."

"Blaikâ s Fence Staining & Pressure Washing did an excellent job power washing and re-staining/sealing my front and back porch decks. They were timely, very professional, and a great value!"

"Jm is prompt and to the point. Rinsed the deck of all debris before he started the job of staining. Patiently looked thru color choices with me explaining what worked best to match what already existed. Arrived on time for both cleaning and staining. Wish you could see the before and after. Beautiful, neat job on the rail, lattice and decks. All stain on the deck, no splatter at all. Clean up and the fact that he was as pleased as I, is the cherry on top. I am happy with Jimmey and his work. 100%"

"They did a really good job and they stand behind their work. The prices are competitive and they take pride in their work. I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. They also put in a new storm door and a garage side door that meant making a new doorway that's sealed properly. They answered all my questions and were respectful of the property"

"Guy can really do it all. Heâ s my first call when we have an issue at a rental that needs to be fixed quickly or at an Airbnb when it needs to get done perfectly! Iâ ve used him more for repairs but seeing his workmanship, Iâ d use him for renovations as well. I trust him in our house, heâ s always more than fair and honest."

"Legacy Residential, LLC Highly recommend Legacy Residential! They came and did a great job estimating my drywall work in my basement and provided an accurate quote which was followed up by amazing work. I appreciated the quality and the affordable consistency. My next construction project will start with a call to them."

"Though they had a wonderful personality, the work was not completed because they would not come back once paid. We now have to hire someone else to replace the gates, which we told them they were bowed and needed repair. This was only 2-3 weeks after installation. He always promised to come, but no show. Now we need a whole new gate which will set us back $800 for the big gate and another $300 for the smaller gate."

"From start to finish the In and Out Floors team were all easy to work with and did a great job helping us choose materials and provide estimates and help us work with our insurance agency. It was a flood claim at my mothers house. A lot of furniture had to be moved in a lot of demo had to be done but these guys were pros and could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Highly recommend and will use them again."

"Job was clean and exactly what I had wanted. I'll continue to hire this pro for future jobs. He cares about his quality of work, and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend Marvic and I did to my neighbor who also hired him!!"
