"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

"Tech was upfront, honest and very personable. I would hire him again for any appliance repair."

"Dave was professional and very knowledgeable. He was here when he said he would be, ordered the parts I needed for my Samsung washer, and was back a day later to fix it. I will definitely use him again for any appliance repairs!"
