"Gave them a call to clean 24 yr old ducts that had never been touched. BOY, was I glad I did. It turns out they'd been eaten through by rats in the attic for who knows how many years, had been pouring cool/hot air/$$$s into the attic, and mold everywhere. The guys came back, did a terrific job of replacing resealing, and scrubbing everything. Then they came back and blew insulation where it should be up to, as opposed to below the ceiling joists. My electric bills are already $30 below where they were last year, and the A/C unit is thanking them. They explained every step, answered every question, and YECH. Had pictures documenting all of it. Nobody else will ever touch the HVAC in this house. I can't thank them enough."

"We were experiencing some nagging health problems (coughing, etc.) and suspected it may be a result of mold in our duct work. I scheduled an appt. with the Duct Doctor and after having to do a reschedule the team arrived exactly at the time designated, assessed our situation and confirmed there was mold in the duct work. They said they could clean it out and recommended we also sanitize the ducts upon completion of the cleaning. All of the men were extremely courteous and respectful of our home and my husband and I. We work from home and the team was very quiet and thorough. They covered any furniture that might be affected by falling debris from the vents. <br /> After finishing the cleaning and sanitizing, they vacuumed and cleaned up all the mess that had dropped from the vents. ".Prior to getting dehumidifiers installed, we had a blower door test which revealed a very "tight" home and efficient A/C unit contributing to high indoor humidity levels.  Nathan and Sam suggested one large dehue unit attached to our upstairs A/C unit or two smaller whole house dehus connected to our upstairs and downstairs A/C units.  We were concerned about noise level and Nathan and Sam brought a large unit to the house for us to hear and then decide.ed promptly and to our satisfaction.  The unit is very quiet except for a low hum.  At that point, we decided to move forward.  Nathan and Sam returned with a team at the appointed time and completed the task in 1/2 a day despite some "fit" issues within one of our A/C cabinets.  What  impresses us is  ALL of the employees are punctual, courteous, upbeat and clean up after themselves.   <br /> Final result:  Within one day of the whole house dehus being installed, the humidity levels registered 10 degrees lower and we could feel a real difference. <br />"

It took some investigation to find the lead, he ended up pulling the whole unit out, replacing the pan, and reinstalling it. Mr. Chandler did not charge me a dime. When he ran a camera into the line, he found that the line between my house and the street was not aligned and causing back-ups. He set up a time to come back the following week to dig up and re-set my line. I was dreading this project, fearing it would ruin my yard, but David did his best to dig up only what was necessary and had everything in great working order by lunchtime.
