He did stick to his original cost estimate for the work, but he ended up doing a lot more work (wood repairs and gutter connections) than originally predicted. In addition, he and his crew moved a large piece of furniture over the roof onto the deck and then into the house. We had requested this because the size of the couch precluded the normal front door entry. No extra costs were charged! and quot;No nickle and dimingand quot; was Bill's motto.
