When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests.
