"Our project involved closing up a framed opening in one wall and making framed opening in another wall, plus demolition of some mirrors and patching various areas of drywall in a remodel of a condo on the river in downtown Fort Myers. Throughout the entire project Trace : was a true professional at all times - provided excellent communications - delivered quality workmanship while also making productive use of time on the project - performed when he stated he would - followed up promptly to our calls and/or texts - and he made sure work was completed as promised. Having been in high quality construction for over 40 years, I am not easily impressed. I am proud to give Trace the highest recommendation possible!"

"Contacted George based on Angies list reviews. Came out even earlier than had been scheduled after calling to be sure that would work.  Did  great job, cleaned up, even gave us an "upgrade" over the quoted model at no charge.  Other company we had called charged us $160 for coming out and telling us nothing could be done to repair what we had, and when we offered to hire them to replace the opener, said they would only give us $40 credit for the previous trip.  We paid more than that for George and happily so.  His price was still at or below others, and no way the service could have been better.

"The work was well done and very timely. They noticed some areas of trim that needed replacement and they did the additional repairs for a reasonable price."

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

They are fairly intricate and A&D did a superb job of making the new cabinet doors with slide out drawers look like they were part of the original cabinetry. Also had the garbage/recyclables pull out redone with stronger frame. Expert craftsmanship! Friendly custom service! Great folks to do business with!"

They were on time, VERY nice and helpful, fair, and were perfectionists. James even provided us with names of other reputable contractors that could assist with other projects and coordinated scheduling a contractor to remediate a wet/moldy floor. "I purchased the light system @ Lowe's. Don came and made the cement pad one day. He returned another day to install the light. I had to leave when he put in the light. When he removed the light from the box, he found that one of the three lights was broken. He went to Lowe's, exchanged the light, and then installed the new one. WOW!!! What great service, he really went above and beyond to be sure that the job was to perfection! I was extremely pleased with his attention to every detail of the job!"
