"someone posted a earlier review in my name, it was not me, saying i gave them a deposit and never heard from them for the installation, so I called them and Fran got back to me about the problem. whoever wrote that review in my name are not being honest I got upset because I did not hear from them after giving my deposit so i called and Fran the salesman got back to me and explained that the girl never gave him my message. I want to be perfectly clear, I did not write that previous review, Fran was more than helpful to me ,spent a long time at my home telling me all about their system and doing a water test. Fran went out of his way to help me and then to apologize for the girl not giving him my message, I have no problem with Fran or D& E pump. I would give them 5 stars not 1 like someone wrote, shame on them for saying that was my review"

"We did have some scheduling issues at first but once we spoke with the manager he took care of us, once the tech came out he was very knowledgeable about the old system in the home we purchased, the second time around he did show up on time and performed the job very well. He replaced the sprinkler took the time to take them all out of the dirt and made sure everything was working properly. Would use them again. <br />"
