"Brian and Carl did a great job. My enclosure was about 20 years old and the bolts/screws that hold the enclosure together and to the foundation were all rusting. The guys replaced all of the bolts/screws while rescreening the entire enclosure with 20x20 noseeum screen. I am very pleased with the entire job. I don't see how anyone could have done better. "PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. "We closed off our back porch under existing roof to create another room in the house, under air. Their planner came out to see the area and made some helpful suggestions. Then Marty, the planner, came up with plan and price later that week. The job required a concrete contractor to build a knee wall and he was excellent! Then Marty returned for final measurements to order window and door units which were expertly installed several weeks later. Tom, owner of Malabar Products made sure all details were correct and the project was all done to code with a proper building permit. This not only very useful extra space it has added value to our home."

"The process took a little longer than originally expected due to the hurricane. That is to be expected. We also had some rain and wind issues when they finally were able to come out that delayed the installation a couple more days. BUT while they were working and once the job was done, it was so clean and looks amazing. The foreman took my daughter around the enclosure and showed her all they did, emphasizing one area that he just could not get smooth. But we already knew about that area so we were not disappointed or surprised. It's a hard place to get a screen smooth. They pressured washed first and in the process also cleaned up some areas of our patio that were stained. That looks great as well. We are very pleased with the work they did."
