"Initially the service was decent. Albert was nice and would answer the phone when called. Over time we had several different technicians. Each would only do the bare minimums and never do what the service plan that we paid for. Check and add chemicals is all they would do. No chlorine tablets, no brushing pool walls, no filter cleaning. When we arrived at our Home in March, the pool was dirty, algae on the bottom of pool and the walls of the pool. After several calls to Albert, we cancelled our plan."

"They do not clean pool filters. They come at various times during the week. Over a period of 6 months, I have monitored the pool filter and they have never cleaned it. They have no set schedule, they show up on random days and times. They do not provide any summary of your pool chemical status etc. I have had periods where there was no chlorine in the pool and I had to purchase more and test myself to balance the chemicals."

FAQs for swimming pool cleaning and maintenance service projects in Cape Coral, FL

No. Salt water pools add chlorine to your pool using a sanitation system that produces this chemical. Salt alone does not sanitize a pool.

For pools with no salt, you need to add 30 lbs. of salt for every 1000 gallons of water.

Over-salting your pool won’t damage the pool system, but it will create water that tastes salty. This can also damage metals such as ladders and handrails.
